Bar Non started with an ordinary night out — surrounded by friends drinking whatever they liked, with nothing on offer but a can of something sweet. Thinking of a daughter who no longer drinks, friends who were pregnant, and whoever was driving home, one thing became clear: not drinking shouldn't mean settling for less. So Bar Non brings the craft of a proper bar — botanical glassware, real ingredients, a curated seasonal menu — to a drink that just happens to have no alcohol in it.
